We decided the first night to try a different type of cuisine everyday, so Todd and I went to Chinatown for lunch today. We arrived at our destination, Kim Moon Bakery, and sat down for lunch. Todd decided what to get on the menu because I had never had dim sum before. We got vegetable dumplings, veggie rolls, custard buns, custard with a preserved duck egg and tea. As we ate eat bite, we became fuller and fuller. However, after we were done, we decided to get dessert to go. Todd was really excited by the egg tartes and I got a red bean bun. We walked around Chinatown a little and was enticed to go into another bakery where Todd got red bean sesame buns. The food was delicious and the different textures and bite sized foods were super satisfying.
